With Christmas coming up, a lot of retailers are offering special deals to help you get more savings these holidays. Here are 5 really great cash back deals that you can get right now. See something not on the list that should be? Let us know in the comments below.

1. $200 Cash Back With A Chase Freedom Card

Apply Now

When you apply for a Chase Freedom Card and spend $500 within the first three months of opening an account, you get a $200 cash back bonus.

This deal applies to new members only. We recently did a full review on the Chase Freedom Card, emphasizing that it comes with no annual fee, gives you 5% cash back on categories that rotate quarterly, and allows you access to a cash back portal that can help you save more money from online purchases.

Not only that, but they’re now holding a promotion that gets you 10% cash back on Amazon purchases until the end of 2015. Take note that this $200 bonus won’t last long and may go back to the original $150 bonus.

2. 5% Off Gift Cards At Raise

Raise is an online gift card vendor that buys and sells gift cards at a discount. When you have an unwanted gift card that you get as a gift, you can choose to sell it to Raise for a price slightly under its retail value.

They then take these gift cards and resell them at a cheaper price than they’re actually worth. For example, you can usually get 20% – 25% off H&M gift cards on their site.

Through the weekend, you can enter the promotion code TAKE5 upon checkout to get an additional 5% off on certain cards. Click here to read our full Raise review.

3. TopCashBack – New Balance, Walmart, Fiverr & More

TopCashback is an online shopping portal that gives you cash back when you use one of their affiliate links to make a purchase online. They earn a small commission, and give a small portion of it back to you in the form of cash back.

There are thousands of retailers available on their site, and once you reach a minimum of $20, you can cash out directly to your PayPal or get a 2.5% bonus by exchanging your cash for Amazon Gift Cards.

Right now they’re giving 7% cash back at Walmart and 20% cash back at New Balance. Thinking of switching phone lines? T-Mobile is offering $100 in cash back when you get a new phone line with them. We also wrote about how you can go through TopCashback and get 2 Fiverr gigs for free.

4. American Express – NewEgg, Diesel, AirBNB

If you own an American Express Card, you’ll have access to their cash back benefits. Every so often they have deals that can get you anywhere from 10% – 100% off certain deals as long as you use an Amex card upon checkout.

We recently covered how you can save money on your next Airbnb purchase. Other great deals include getting $25 back when you spend $200 at NewEgg and also $50 back when you spend $200 at Diesel.

All you need to do is scroll own once you login online to view benefits, and then add them to your card to activate them. If you don’t already have an Amex Card and are looking to get one, we highly recommend the Blue Cash Everyday Card.

It gives you 3% back on supermarkets, 2% back at gas stations, comes with no annual fee, and gives you a $100 cash back bonus after you spend $1,000 within 3 months of opening an account.

5. Free 6-Inch Sub With Purchase of Soft Drink At Subway

Subway is offering a free 6” sub with the purchase of any 30 oz. soft drink when you subscribe to their weekly texting service that sends you special deals and promotions. It may take a few hours to receive your coupon to sign-up. In order to subscribe, text the word OFFERS to the phone number 782929.

Follow their instructions and type in your zip code when prompted, and a link to your coupon code will be sent to you shortly. You can view this offer on the Subway SMS Offers Page.

Final Thoughts

All of these deals are only temporary, so be sure to claim them while you can if you’re interested. Be sure to keep an eye out on FFL and retailer websites for upcoming deals during the holiday seasons. If you happen to know a great deal that you don’t see here, feel free to reach out to us!
